LIFE AFTER CAMPUS

According to research 90% of youths are jobless. Its true that every parent takes his or her child to school whereby they are always determined to see them become successful in life that is after finishing secondary education they then proceed to tertiary education that is either college or university to peruse a course of their choice. The students then study, upon completion they graduate whereby after graduation one has to face the world with a common mentality that there is a ready job market. The challenge now comes when graduates look for well paying jobs especially those who got degrees since its their mind set of getting a white collar job but this is not the case here you will have to get connections in various field of work or pay bribes to the authority of the available company you want to work for. Its been hard since after graduating you thought you will now at least get a well paying job and help your parents back at home which is not the case here, job vacancy is posted on social media but what worries most is that the qualifications has 'five years experience which is not available at that time , the question is' who will employ graduates ?" yet every job needs five years or more experience then. Unfortunately, this how graduates are rendered jobless since every time there is a job vacancy , certain qualification you don't have is needed. So graduates should build on skills acquired at different institution so that it can ease self employment among youths before getting employed.
